Dr.Krishnadas, a renowned Ayurveda practitioner is based at Thrissur, the cultural capital of Kerala. Dr.Krishnadas hailing from Guruvayoor, had his trust and passion in Ayurveda, which led him to select Ayurveda as his main stream of study. He completed his graduation in Ayurveda, B.A.M.S. (Bachelor or Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery) from Madras University in 1989 and completed Internship at Aringar Anna Ayurveda Hospital, Madras. He started his career as a Junior Physician under the proficient guidance of the eminent Ayurveda scholar Ashtavaidyan Vaidyamadom Cheria Narayanan Namboodiri at Vaidyamadom Vaidyasala & Nursing Home, Thrithala, Kerala. During this period he had extensive exposure to treatments of various diseases including specialized Panchakarma treatments. He had also undergone training in the manufacture of various Ayurvedic medicines from the factory attached to the nursing home. He had attended several medical camps during this period especially those on cancer research.

The next milestone in his career was his association with Nagarjuna Herbal Concentrates Thodupuzha, Kerala which is managed by experts in the field of Ayurveda. He was in charge of their clinics and sales outlets of Wayanad and Thrissur districts and independently handling the operations of these centres.

Since 1994 Dr.Krishnadas has been serving The Arya Vaidya Pharmacy (Coimbatore) Ltd. He had served as the Chief Physician of the Thrissur, Trivandrum and Edappal Branches. Dr.Krishnadas was in charge of AVP's treatment centre, the AVP Majlis Ayurvedic Health Park, Peramangalam, Thrissur, as its Chief Medical Officer. At present he is running Majlis Ayurvedic Health Park independently.

Fever - Fresh juice of Tulasi leaves (Ocimum sanctum) 10mL + Pepper powder 500 ml Three times a day
Dyspnoea - Fresh Vasa leaf ( Adathoda vasica ) / Ginger juice 5mL + Honey 5ml Three times a day
Cough - Coriander powder and Sugar in equal quantity with rice washed water (This is beneficial for cough in children).
Throat infections - Chewing a piece of Nirgundi root (Vitex negundo ) or Vacha ( Acorus calamus )
Hyper acidity - Haritaki ( Terminalia Chebula ) and Bhringaraj ( Eclipta Alba ) powder with old jaggery in equal quantities.
Vomiting - Usheera root ( Vetiveria zizanioides ) powder with Coriander water repeatedly sip by sip
Indigestion - Ginger powder with Rock salt and hot water
Diabetes - Haridra powder ( Curcuma longa ) 1 tsp and Amalaki ( Emblica officinalis )powder 1 tsp twice daily
